Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at Snake River Lodge. The location is unbeatable for outdoor activities, and the lodge itself is beautiful with a cozy rustic charm. The staff's service was mostly great, though some areas need improvement, especially at the front desk. The dining experience was a mixed bag, as breakfast was enjoyable but dinner didn’t meet our expectations. Overall, it’s a wonderful destination with some room for enhancements.
I had an overall mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was great with easy access to skiing and beautiful mountain views, the room we got was unfortunately not what we expected, lacking a proper view despite our requests. The staff were attentive and did try to make things right when issues arose. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the misleading website information regarding room views.
We had a solid stay at this hotel, enjoying the helpful concierge and the excellent location for exploring nearby restaurants and the Tetons. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the good lunch at the bar. However, there were a few downsides, such as a poorly maintained laundry area and a frustrating experience during checkout due to phone issues and delays with our taxi.
The hotel boasts an amazing location near the ski slopes and various restaurants, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The amenities and spa facilities were impressive, providing a great way to unwind after a day of activities. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly during check-out, which resulted in a stressful end to our stay. Dining options were also quite limited and overpriced, which was disappointing.
